We came in late one evening to have a celebratory dinner for our wedding. The gentleman who runs the front desk appeared to be the owner to me... great personality for the restaurant industry. Absolutely loved his humor and he provided us with two glasses of champagne on the house as a congratulatory gift. A very nice gesture. We ordered the meat and cheese tray for an appetizer. Phenomenal. For dinner I got the pesto tagliatelle with shrimp. Phenomenal. The wife had the veal meatballs and raved about them. We took a tiramisu to-go and ate it bed. We enjoyed the whole meal. 10/10 would recommend

I was very impressed with tavernetta. After hearing about their Michelin bib distinction, my husband and I tried it out. The food was delicious with complex flavors. We got the burrata with an incredible and unique pesto sauce, along with focaccia that was so doughy and delicious. The crudo was also very citrusy and refreshing. For our entrees, we got the lamb ragu rigatoni and the lobster tagliatelle. Our server was great at providing suggestions and giving context to the menu. He recommended both of our drinks, the gin & tonic and the via ferrata, which were both impressive. The restaurant was beautiful and clean. We have previously tried a 1 Michelin star restaurant in NY and felt that the tavernetta food and experience even topped that! Great choice for a delicious, nice dinner. The prices are a bit high, but not unexpected for food of this caliber. Portion sizes weren't too big, some may still be hungry after but we were pleasantly full with bread, 2 apps, two pastas and one dessert.

I dined here for happy hour last week and it was a great experience. The arancini and polpette were both delicious. I also ordered the pasta flight which consisted of 4 different pasta dishes. I appreciated that they had that option so I could try a few of their different pastas without getting a full portion of each. The cocktails were impressive flavor wise and strength wise, i'm used to drinks being weak but that wasn't the case here. I finished off the meal with a really good affogato. I can see why they have a Michelin guide bib gourmand, I would definitely come back!

My boyfriend surprised me with a reservation here for my birthday! We were visiting Denver for the first time and it truly did not disappoint one bit. The food was delicious and we even got a sommelier to help us pick a bottle of wine and it was such a cool experience. The staff bought out their honey gelato for my birthday with a candle and it was so cute and definitelyZ made my night. The vibe was also so spot on, when you walk in the restaurant they have an open kitchen concept so you can see the chefs cooking it was awesome. Wish I lived in Denver just so I can come here anytime I want. Highly reccomend this place it was delicious.
